I created Inti Soul Retreat because I know what it feels like to have tried everything and still feel stuck.
I came to Vilcabamba after one of the hardest moments of my life. This valley held me. The stillness. The space. The people. What I found here, not despite my pain but through it, is what I now hold space for in others.
My mission is simple: to bring people home to themselves. Not through quick fixes or spiritual performance. Through real, embodied work. Through plant medicine held with deep respect. Through integration that actually lasts.
This retreat is what I would have needed back then. I know the way. And I walk it with you.

Directions
Nearest international airports: Quito (UIO) or Guayaquil (GYE). Connecting flight to Loja (LOH) recommended. From Loja: taxi to Izhcayluma Lodge approximately 45 minutes, around 45 USD. From Cuenca: direct shuttle service to the lodge available, around 45 USD per person. Nicola personally assists every participant with travel planning from the moment flights are booked.
