Awareness of Body & Soul Center exists to create intimate and transformational spaces for deep inner work, embodied leadership, nervous system healing, relational growth, and conscious self-exploration.
We believe that true transformation happens through presence, responsibility, emotional honesty, somatic awareness, and meaningful human connection.
Our retreats combine ceremonial practices, breathwork, embodiment, integration, and trauma-informed facilitation within carefully held small-group containers in Costa Rica.

The nearest international airport is Liberia International Airport (LIR).
Participants are required to arrange their own transportation to Nosara, either by domestic flight, shuttle, or rental car.
Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged from Nosara Airport only.
