We’re a cozy, community-style establishment nestled between abundant gardens & the warmth of the Pacific Ocean. It’s no exaggeration to say that we have the best sunset views around.
Our property stretches across nearly two acres of land, with sprawling gardens between each structure, which help to feed our guests organic, homegrown produce. You can surf right out front, or take a 5-minute walk to the well-known Nahualapa Bay for consistent waves. Read More

Getting Here
Directions
The closest airport is Augusto C. Sandino International Airport (MGA) in Managua, Nicaragua, about 3.5 hours from us by car.
Transportation is not included in your booking price, yet we CAN help you book taxis. Additionally, we can connect you with our drivers to arrange directly with them.
A taxi to/from the airport costs $100 - $120 for the entire car or van. Please let us or the driver know if you’re traveling with large bags and/or surfboards, so the correct vehicle will be waiting for you.
You will pay your driver directly with cordobas or USD.
