Whoa! A truly Awakening Experience
Everything was outstanding about this retreat. It was my first retreat with Cardea, as well as my first psychedelic retreat in general. The accommodations were gorgeous and programming was incredible from spiritual hikes on sacred ground to energy yoga and spiritual healing massages as well as art therapy all speckled between the best meals you'll find in Jamaica or the wider Caribbean. There was even an opportunity for a meet-and-greet with local community leaders where they discussed responsible community development and local projects which helped the program to feel more like an integration with the place it was in opposed to an abstraction.
But best of all were the people. The kindest and most loving environment I've felt in a long time that gave me the comfort needed to explore consciousness and intentions. And the Dialogic sessions with both Dimitri and Ross that followed each ceremony--the music and practices at the ceremonies was beyond words and description; truly elevating, expansive and transcendent if I had to at least attempt a description (thank you John, Lejaila and Greg too!)--contributed to further growth and exploration both during the retreat process and upon returning home.
There's really nothing more to say than to just try this retreat. If you're looking for true growth and expansion, to feel real change and to be in honest and heartful community, this is the retreat for you.
