Mission & Vision
I have been drawn to the idea of wellbeing all my life. I studied mindfulness, meditation, yoga and consciousness, and at the end of 2019 I went to an ashram in India, just outside Rishikesh, on the banks of the Ganges, for an excellent life-changing yoga and meditation course, which inspired me to develop the programme we now offer at Wootton Park. Set amongst 350 acres of rolling Warwickshire countryside, I truly believe we have a very special and unique space to offer people the chance to stop, recharge and reconnect with nature and themselves, whilst meeting other like-minded people.

Directions
The post code is B95 6HJ. There are 2 brown tourist signs from the A3400 at the Bull’s Head in Wootton Wawen to WOOTTON PARK. Come up the long drive, fork right following signs \'All Other Traffic\' and continue to the main car park at the top which is about half a mile and park here.
For a day retreat, follow signs to the yurt and for an overnight retreat, follow signs to the Farmhouse Reception. .
