Mission & Vision
At The El Payo Yoga Retreat Experience, our goal is to help you in your healing process and/or self discovery journey by using Asanas, Meditation but mostly intensive Breathwork for a profound and life changing experience.
To do so, we believe two things are very important :
- First, deep spiritual experience using powerful Breathwork and Meditation, which allow you to access an altered state of mind, thus finding answers and motivation for the journey ahead.
- Second, the integration of new healthy habits that you will learn during the retreat and be able to add to your daily routine once you are back home in order to continue on your journey at your own pace.

The whole house will be for the participants. It consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and with an access to the garden and yoga room.

Directions
From Madrid, Lisbon or Porto Airport :
- Take a bus to Salamanca then to Ciudad Rodrigo, a car will be waiting for you there
- Use car pool to get as close as you can from the retreat, we will then come pick you up wherever you are.
