Every Body - Twilight Sit
I so enjoyed this retreat. It gave me the opportunity to sit more zazen (how can that be bad?), to learn a new practice (water carrying, which helped me connect with water in a new way), and to try out an old/new posture for sitting "properly" while favoring my wonky knee. I wish I could have participated in the breakout group, but a technical glitch prevented me from doing so and technical glitches can't be helped. All in all, a pleasure to try out a new format with such good people.
