One Breath of Yoga Ashram, located in the jungle of Puerto Morelos on the Caribbean coast of the Riviera Maya.

Being in the jungle so close to nature provides the perfect environment for personal healing and growth . Whilst being secluded the town of Puerto Morelos is easily accessed in 10 minutes by walking or a few minutes by car. The beaches are also very close and easily reached by bike or car.

We provide three nutritional meals each day. All the food is carefully planned out throughout the week in accordance with the program. Our chef is trained in Ayurveda and is also able to do one to one

Directions

The Center is located just 10 minutes walk away from the town of Puerto Morelos and just a 7 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. Cancun airport is easily reached within 20 minutes drive and playa del Carmen just 30 minutes away.

Ayaruna retreat, at One Breath of Yoga, Mexico, offers a deep healing journey through sacred Medicine plant ceremonies. During the retreat, different rituals, practices and therapies are offered to the guests.
Ayahusca, Kambo, Bufo Alvarius, Cacao, Mayan Sweat lodge (Temazcal), breathwork and sound healing session, yoga and meditations and food made fresh every day with a lot of Love.
