In Shipibo, Behua are geometric healing songs, woven into our energetic fields and opening us to the sacred mystery of nete, the universe. Join us to awaken and heal as we gather where the jungle meets the sea at the beautiful Rayos del Sol. Under the guidance and protection of Maestro Pablo, the plants initiate us to the songs of the universe.
Pablo is well-known for his clarity of heart, energetic scans, effectiveness in healing chronic illnesses, and powerful icaros.
Over the 7 or 11 nights, we will enter into a deeply held healing space with teacher plants and partake in Ayahuasca ceremonies, integrating along the way with breathwork, yoga, group circles, and embodied practices.

Situated in the lush jungle near Ostional black sand beaches (famed for the biological wonder of the turtle \"arribadas\"), the land of Rayos del Sol is a conduit for this sacred work. In addition to being a retreat center, Rayos is an intentional community centered on wellness and healing through nature. Encompassing more than 50 acres, the property is a mix of wild jungle and manicured tropical getaway. Situated on top of a hill, there are panoramic ocean views and cool breezes.

The restaurant at Rayos Del Sol prepares three meals a day. Locally sourced, organic, fresh. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and other allergies accommodated.

Directions
Rayos del Sol is located in the breathtaking coastal region of Guanacaste near the town Nosara, one of the world\'s 5 blue zones. The retreat can be reached by about a 2 hour drive from Liberia - Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) via retreat SUV shuttle, rental car, or taxi. If you are interested in a shared retreat shuttle, please inform us on your form and we will do our best to accommodate this. Alternatively, you can arrive at San Jose International Airport (SJO) and take a 5 hour van or short plane ride to Nosara. If you are renting a car, you will need a 4x4 to get around the area.
Please be sure to arrive by the afternoon of February 20th and account for the travel by car, as we will be starting our orientation around 5pm. If you wish to arrive a few days earlier, we recommend staying a few days in Guiones (Nosara) and relaxing in this wonderful surf/yoga town. If possible, it is helpful to have a day or two after the dieta ends to ground before traveling. $1 is approximately 600 colones (Costa Rican currency), though USD is almost always accepted in any tourist-friendly areas, such as Guiones.
