Isa was a wonderful guide. She helped me prepare for the ceremony in advance with useful information to help me take advantage of the full experience. Her calm and positive nature was very important for me as this was my first experience with Bufo. Being well prepared is very important, Isa was there throughout the whole process starting with the physical stretching and the breath work in addition to helping me to clear my mind ahead of the journey. Once in the journey, Isa's calm presence was felt at all times and helped me navigate with soft percussion sounds vibrating through my body.
