Directions
To get to Mount Shasta, you can fly into Redding, CA, Medford, OR, or Sacramento, CA. Then rent a car and Mount Shasta is about 1.5 hours away. Once you register for the retreat, about 2 weeks prior to the retreat, you will receive an email with the exact address of the retreat house.
