Transformative and Authentic!
Best retreat I have been to. I was encouraged to look within, sometimes at things I have avoided in the past. This is exactly what I was looking for, a practice and teachers that doesn't settle for less then the best.
I have often found that in many spaces and scenes where spirituality and self-improvement is the main topic, there is a feeling of things being sugar coated or avoided. Not on this retreat. There was a strong presence and honesty from the teachers, that made it all very authentic and expansive. No playing around, just down to earth, practical, straight forward and yet a great sense of sacredness towards the practice and the universe at large.
There was a lot of theory mixed with practice and discussion, which supported my learning process a great deal.
The location was stunning, my room was very comfortable and in beautiful surroundings, great staff and all was well organized.
Highly recommended for those who wish to become stronger and more comfortable in themselves.
