Mission & Vision

Heart of India builds a bridge between the ancient Indian wisdom and todays modern world. It is founded by Pinky More from India and Richard Slager from the Netherlands. The luxury and comfort, but also the complexity of living in our time makes it difficult to connect with ourselves. Heart of India's retreats and Teacher Training Courses are there to help you relax, return to yourself and get tips and tricks from traditional Yoga for better living. By working on your physical fitness, lifestyle, thought flow and spiritual growth, you can find a healthy balance and be truly happy!
