Stowel Lake Farm is an ideal venue to allow guests to reconnect with nature, themselves and our place in the collective. Come and be nourished. The land, accommodations, communal spaces and cuisine provide a welcoming and warm environment for your retreat. The large, bright yoga studio is an idea space to move, breathe and reconnect. The gardens and surrounding areas provide a landscape for solitude and quiet contemplation, while the communal spaces and buffet meals allow for social interaction.

Retreat cuisine is primarily vegetarian, and accommodate dietary restrictions including dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan. Meals are served buffet-style and guests can dine indoors or outdoors.

Directions

Stowel Lake Farm is located at 190 Reynolds Road on Salt Spring Island, on the beautiful West Coast of British Columbia. Visitors to the farm and retreat guests will need to make their way to Salt Spring Island by ferry, or airplane. The closest international airports are Vancouver (YVR) and Victoria (YYJ). Ferry service to Saltspring Island is with BC Ferries.

I want to support and empower you to live your life to its fullest potential! My mission is to offer yoga as a path for growth, transformation and healing. I offer a compassionate and gentle approach to teaching, meeting you where you are at, so you can experience the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual benefits of yoga. I am a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), and and have completed advanced studies in anatomy, joint therapeutics, and movement science.. With additional training in Yoga for Healthy Aging, Yoga for Cancer, and Yoga for Osteoporosis, I have a particular passion for supporting clients in living and aging well in mind, body and spirit.
