The Hide is the retreat venue that Naturalma is working in. It sits in its own private valley, ‘Vale da Cerejeiras’ (valley of the cherry trees), an incredibly peaceful place, with acres of rolling hills, forest to explore and a river to bathe in. The Hide is set in 5 acres of land, scattered with Olive trees, greenery and wildlife. Life is much more in tune with nature.
We hold the ceremonies in our yoga shala, with indoor fire.
Fire pit outside also.

Directions
GET HERE BY BUS
The Hide is treasured in a beautiful space in nature. The closest town by public transportation is Oleiros, Castelo Branco, Portugal. We offer a pick up service from Oleiros.
From Lisbon
There is a direct bus going from Lisbon (Sete Rios) to Oleiros twice a day. It will take you about 3h30 and cost around €14. This is generally the easiest and cheapest way to get here if it lines up with your timing.
You can check the schedules from Lisbon (Sete Rios) to Oleiros here: rede-expressos.pt
From Porto
From Porto you will have to catch the bus from Porto (Campanhã) to Coimbra and then from Coimbra to Sertã. This trip takes you around 2h45 – 3h and costs €19. From Sertã you can take a taxi to the Hide or we might be able to pick you up. There are usually 5 connections going on this route each day.
You can check the schedules from Porto (Campanhã) to Sertã here: rede-expressos.pt
From Castelo Branco
There are also buses from Castelo Branco to Oleiros, the trip takes around 1h50. Find connections here: transdev.pt
GET HERE BY PLANE
The best airports to fly into are Porto or Lisbon. They are about equal distance away from the Hide. When deciding which flight to book we advise you to check your options for onward travel first.
When using onward travel by bus consider this: From Lisbon the connection is more direct but from Porto there are more connections going each day. In either city you will have to take the metro/bus from the Airport to the bus station. In Porto to “Porto Campanhã” and in Lisbon to “Lisbon Sete Rios”. See above to figure out how to get from Porto or Lisbon to the Hide by bus.
If you don’t want to take a bus you can catch an Uber or Bolt which will take approximately 2h and cost around €150. This might be a great option for you if you are traveling here as a small group or with other retreat participants.
If you are coming as a larger group you can contact us and we can see if we can arrange a shuttle/large taxi for you.
Mission & Vision
Naturalma is a project dedicated to creating safe spaces to retreat & heal, connect, create, rest & rejuvenate.
We provide a safe space for events and retreats centered around personal development, healing, wellness and creativity.
Naturalma is made up of the words “Natureza” which means nature and “Alma” which means soul and refers to our understanding that we are all souls of nature.
MISSION & VALUES
We believe that we all need spaces where we can come back closer to our true essence. Spaces that are free of judgement, where we can practice to let go of social conditioning. Spaces where we can remember our connection with nature, to allow ourselves to remember that we are nature, where we can heal.
