Mission & Vision

AyurYoga Eco-Ashram is an 18 acre riverside organic farm and growing medicinal forest, which was started in 2013 on barren land. We are working towards growing a biodiverse forest where people can come to retreat from the the modern world and simply practice yoga or improve their well-being. We offer 2 week Yoga Retreats, 7-28 day Ayurveda Treatment Packages, 4 week Yoga Teacher Trainings, and 2 week Ayurveda Foundation Courses. Unlike many other ashrams in India, what is taught here is non-sectarian and non-religious. Our teachings are based on universal principles of Love, Peace and Wisdom to live a healthy peaceful life in a challenging modern lifestyle.

4 spacious yoga halls with views of the nature all around, 1 riverside patio, and 1 rooftop terrace with great sunset and mountain views. 35 accommodation rooms, both private and twin-share options, built with eco-friendly materials and set amongst the medicinal forest. Dining Hall is open-air with views of the forest. Ayurveda center is built as per traditional Kerala nalukettu architecture, allowing fresh air and light throughout, with 4 treatment rooms each with a private bathroom.

We organize taxi transfers to/from nearby airports and the ashram, at anytime of the day or night.
