The food is traditional Colombian meals. Eggs, rice, soups, fish, fruit, juices, tea...mama always has food for us.
3 meal provided a day unless it is a day of ceremony and we will be skipping dinner

How to get here:
To fly into Putumayo, you must first obtain a flight from your country to Bogota, Colombia. From Bogota El Dorado International Airport there are connections to Puerto Asis. Take a 1.5-hours flight from El Dorado (BOG) in Bogotá to Tres de Mayo Airport (PUU) at Puerto Asís city. Keep in mind that the airlines that fly to Puerto Asis are: EasyFly (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and Satena (Sunday through Friday). Connections from Bogota to Puerto Asis range anywhere from 100 to 200cad dollars. Tres de Mayo Airport (PUU) hours of operation are 11am to 3am.
