Mission & Vision
Hummingbird Valley is a quiet retreat in the Santa Cruz foothills. We offer Integrative Medicine, Breema Bodywork, and Daylong and Weekend Workshops. Breema is the art of being present. It’s a practical philosophy that enables us to constantly increase our understanding of ourselves. Learning and practicing Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, we develop an experiential relationship to and understanding of the Nine Principles of Harmony, which can eventually be applied to bring meaning to every activity and situation in life. Breema helps us realize our inherent potential by supporting our body, mind, and feelings to function naturally and in harmony with each other.

The seminar house is a beautiful open space where all of the workshops take place. The floor is lined with heated and padded rugs for comfort. Blankets and cushions are provided, as well as water, tea, and light snacks.

Directions
If coming from the Bay Area, take 17 South and take the Mount Hermon exit. Turn right at Mount Hermon and then take your next right at Glen Canyon Road. Take this about 2 miles down and then the property will be on your left hand side.
If coming from the South, take 1N to 17N. Take the Mount Hermon exit, then make a right on Glen Canyon Road. Take this about 2 miles down and then the property will be on your left hand side.
The closest airport is San Jose Mineta International, and is about 30 miles from the property. We recommend renting a car, taking an Uber / Lyft, or booking a shuttle.
