Casa Oraya creates intimate ayahuasca retreats rooted in presence, nature and integration. We do not seek intensity for its own sake or promise transformation. We create the conditions to slow down, listen deeply and fully meet what arises — whether subtle or intense. Our retreats combine carefully held ceremonies, individual support, beautiful natural settings and practical integration, so the experience can continue to be lived beyond the retreat itself.

Casa Oraya retreats take place in carefully selected natural settings across Catalonia. As the venue may vary depending on the retreat date, each location is chosen for its calm, privacy, connection with nature and suitability for intimate small-group retreats.

The spaces are simple, warm and welcoming, with room for ceremonies, shared meals, rest, contemplation and human connection. The exact venue, address and practical arrival information are shared with confirmed participants before the retreat.

Meals are simple, fresh and nourishing, prepared with care to support the rhythm of the ceremonies without feeling heavy. Two main vegetarian meals are served each day, with fresh fruit and light snacks available between meals. We use fresh, organic ingredients and favour local produce whenever possible. Vegan and gluten-free meals can be provided when requested in advance. Meal times and portions may be adjusted according to the ceremonial schedule and the needs of the group. Sharing food is also part of the retreat: a time to slow down, reconnect and gather naturally around the same table.

Directions

Casa Oraya retreats take place in carefully selected natural settings across Catalonia. The exact venue may vary depending on the retreat date and will be shared with confirmed participants.

Before arrival, we provide detailed travel information, the exact address and driving directions. When the venue is accessible by train, pick-up from the nearest station is included and coordinated in advance.

For participants arriving at Barcelona Airport, Casa Oraya can help arrange a taxi to the venue. The taxi fare is not included and is paid by the participant.

Great experience

I felt very safe and comfortable during the three ceremonies with Virginie and her team. For my first experience with Ayahuasca, it was ideal, as I received the support I needed and felt a sense of mutual trust.
The setting, the surroundings, the music and everything around it felt very well chosen and fitting.
All in all, it is difficult to point to specific details, because it was such a complex and almost indescribable experience. But overall, the experience really convinced me. I’m very grateful that I got to have this unforgettable experience with the group, and I would definitely do it again with Virginie and recommend her to others.
