I am passionate about guiding my students into a deeper level of connection with their body, mind and soul. Through physical practice of asana we remove stiffness and blockages from the body, through breath awareness we connect to the internal flow of energy inside of us and through stillness and contemplation in mediation we become aware of the patterns of our mind. A 360 degree mindfulness experience that promotes a healthy life and lifestyle.

Directions
The closest airport is the Malaga international airport.
From there you can take the bus to Marbella or book a shuttle or taxi to take you directly to the retreat venue. For more flexibility I recommend renting a car.
