Thank you so much for the opportunity to attend the ReVITALISE Somatic Yoga & Transformational Wellness Retreats at Hekamiah. It was a profoundly enriching experience that I will cherish forever.
The retreat provided immense benefits for me: my body, mind, and soul. Physically, I felt rejuvenated and more in tune with my body’s needs through the daily somatic yoga practices. Mentally, I experienced a significant reduction in stress and an enhanced sense of clarity and peace. Spiritually, the retreat deepened my connection to myself and the world around me, fostering a sense of inner harmony, safety and balance. The entire team was incredibly supportive, but I want to give special recognition to You, Johnny, Erika and Christopher. Their guidance and presence were particularly inspiring, and they went above and beyond to offer unexpected insights and support that truly enhanced my experience.
