Pychedelics Exploration

I was going to Fuerteventura for holidays, and few weeks before, I got the feeling that was ready for a psychedelic therapy (I never experienced any psychedelic substance ever in my life).

I contacted Filippo and asked if it was possible, he wanted to make sure I was ready and have all the informations and preparation, so we had two appointments before my arrival! I had a good feeling after our exchanges and the fact that he is fully qualified for this. I was really confident and feeling safe with him.

The day of the session, we met and my feelings were confirmed, we had a little chats about our life, his experiences... I felt like he is someone I can trust and he is into helping others.

I followed all the instructions he gave be before, we did breathing exercises, and then my internal travel started. And OMG, that was a hell of an experience, undescribable, felt like years of emotions felt in few hours. I would love for every human being to go through this.
My trip was guided by Filippo, who was there for me all the time, which made me let my gard down for the first time in my life. The music made me go through very deep things ! He also played life music, which also was a strong moment during my session. I will repeat it for him here, his music was incredible and amazing, made to trip gentle and deep for me, felt like years in a good way !

Before the session, I had an omnipresent feeling of fear for years, I talked about it to Filippo, and he insured me that mushrooms are here to help us, to guide us, and no way to hurt us, so I had to trust the process, the mushrooms and him. And he was absolutely right, I decided to trust, and got an amazing prize.
I can't talk more about the trip, because it's just undescribable, everything thing was a feeling.

At the end of the session, I come back from the trip very slowly, was able to enjoy the way back too ! Filippo was responding to all my requests and helped me back gently.

He prepared food for me, and took time to chat so I can keep as much as possible of memories from the trip.

We had a chat the next day to make sure I am okay and everything is fine. We still have some integration session to do the next months, which are included in the session. Which amazing and shows how much he cares about the importance of this therapy for the person doing it.

His place is so cozy and nice, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. If I never feel the need to do it again, or anyone I know want, it would definitely be with him. No hesitation !

So if you want to be with someone who puts all his attention on your experience and especially someone who really knows what are you going to go though, Filippo is a perfect guy to choose.

After using tools like counselling for many years to deepen my understanding of myself, I came across information about the power of psilocybin, especially on how it can expand consciousness. It all resonated with me immediately and felt it was exactly what I needed to experience in this phase of my life.

I came across Filippo through Retreat Guru and the description of his work on his profile inspired confidence in his knowledge, experience and care. As soon as I contacted him he was very helpful and open in providing information.

My husband and I decided to both have the experience. I was particularly nervous as I never had tried psychedelics before, however through the two video calls prior to the experience I felt very reassured that it was the right choice. Filippo collected a good deal of information from us to make sure the experience was right for us (especially from a medical standpoint), and also answered all our questions and doubts. By the time we actually had the experience, we felt very good and positive about it. We are now in the integration phase, with follow up calls after the experience which are very useful to process the experience and integrating it with our day-to-day life.

On the day, Filippo picked us up from our location, drove us to his place where we had an initial chat and then ate the mushroom. At this point we had some breathing exercises and as soon as the mushroom started having effect we lied down and focused inwards. After the experience, we had time to come back to reality, discuss how we felt and write down the highlights of the session before Filippo drove us back.

My husband and I had very different journeys and they were very valuable for us both. My experience was very powerful and I would describe it as life changing as I feel different since, in how I see myself and the world. I consider this the beginning of a journey that I want to continue on.

We feel very lucky to have found Filippo: his ways and what he shared about his own journey have been very inspiring. I have been thinking about trying such a session for years. But somehow i always had the feeling that it didn't fit into my current life, i thought that when the time came, it would come.

One day I was planning a vacation to the Canary Islands, and then out of nowhere an idea came to me, what if i tried it now. Out of curiosity, i started looking on the internet to see what options there are in Europe and after a few google clicks, it turned out that there is just such an option in Fuerteventura, at Filippo's. I felt that, well, maybe this thing is calling me now, and it did. As the person in front of me also wrote, what i mostly liked about his page was that there were no frills...

After the first video call, i knew that he would be the right person for my first such experience. When the vibe is there, you know, you feel it, there's no need to explain.

I especially liked that he did not take the preliminary consultations lightly. Even though i wasn't sure how such an event would take place and how i should prepare, or what would happen there, i instinctively felt that no matter how it turned out, i would be in good hands. He prepared me thoroughly in advance, he also helps a lot in the following weeks, he is attentive, and i felt also comfortable during the time i spent at his place.
He was very calm and supportive throughout the whole day, which really helped me to completely let go and feel safe. He was always there if i had any questions, but i never felt like he was controlling me too much, rather he helped me by giving me space for my own experiences. I believe that requires someone who is not only an expert but also a real human being, and that's exactly what he was.

I could describe Fillipo's personality as down to earth with a great sense of perspective. Genuine and insightful without being "overly spiritual". He has a nice and kind soul.

I would especially like to highlight the African drum he played during the trip, it created a special atmosphere.
I am glad that he helped me, arm in arm with the gift of nature, to strengthen the direction i want to take in life.

I recommend him to anyone, it will be a pleasant experience.

I have been planning to experience a psychedelic trip for some time, based on the testimonies of people I trust and a good experience I had earlier this year. However, I was somewhat apprehensive about doing it in an unfamiliar setting, searching for a safe guide and place.

Also, I am weary of the paraphernalia of spirituality, the nonsense of religion and group-based euphoria, so I looked for a guide who did not advertise any of that.

I made contact with Psychedelics Exploration through Retreat Guru a few weeks before my visit to Fuerteventura, and after informative and pleasant conversations I felt comfortable enough to go through this experience.

I had a very significant and positive experience, and I am looking forward to repeating it soon.
