Set in rural Spain between the beautiful mountain ranges of Sierra de Bernia and Sierra de Aitana, home to around 50 avocado trees.

We're working on the space for group retreats, but the space for 1-to-1 and darkness retreats is ready. The premises have been fully renovated for your comfort, and we aim to provide a relaxing, safe space where you can fully let go, relax and make the most of your experience.

Bikes are available to borrow if you wish to ride the 1.5 km to the charming Polop.

Mission & Vision

Join us in a rural setting in the beatutiful mountains of the Alicante region. A New Day Retreats is a creation of love. We wanted to focus on the respectful and safe use of teacher plants as well as each person’s own inherent ability to heal. It is a safe and supporting setting that fosters trust and courage so you can feel fully free to face what you need to face.

I was never particularly spiritual, and the deep inherent spirituality that often accompanies this type of reatreat with shamans or gurus isn't really me. I have, however, found a deep appreciation for meditation, breathwork, darkness and a quiet spirituality that involves practicing gratitude and a conscious appreciation of the gift of life.

We welcome any religion/spirituality and encourage diversity.
