A New Day Retreats

I attended a five-night, six-day darkness retreat organized by New Day Retreat, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. For my first time in complete darkness, I initially felt a bit apprehensive, butDitte, the organizer provided such a safe and nurturing space that I quickly felt at ease. She was attentive, present, and made sure everything was tailored to my specific needs.

Her detailed explanations and unwavering support before, during, and after the retreat made all the difference. It was a transformative journey that allowed me to connect deeply with myself and gain a profound understanding of who we truly are. Emerging from the darkness felt like pure bliss, and the entire experience was genuinely life-changing—one I would recommend to everyone seeking liberation and self-discovery.

The raw diet, which I initially worried about, was beautifully prepared and filled with love. Thanks to Ditte’s guidance and encouragement, everything went smoothly, and it became an integral part of the process.
