A Transformative Experience!
I had the privilege to Attend a yoga retreat at Samaa Living. It was truly one of the most beautiful and soul-nourishing experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and completely at peace. The setting was breathtaking—surrounded by nature, calm, and serenity. It felt like stepping into another world where time slowed down and everything aligned.
Naader’s teachings were absolutely incredible—so knowledgeable, kind, and well presented. Each yoga session was thoughtfully guided, followed by a mindfulness meditation at the end of each session. Whether you were a beginner or more experienced, everyone was met exactly where they were with compassion and encouragement.
And the food… wow. Every single meal was a celebration of flavor, nourishment, and creativity. You could truly taste the love and intention in every bite. It wasn’t just delicious—it was healing. Mealtimes were not only a time to nourishment, but also a a chance to connect with others and have some fun and good laughs.
Beyond the yoga and food, the entire retreat was well structured, infused with care, mindfulness, and a genuine desire to help people reconnect—with themselves, with nature, and with community. I left feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply grateful.
If you’re looking for a place to rest, renew, and return to yourself—this is it. I can’t wait to return for The Summer and Fall retreat again.
