Getting Here

Location icon The Point Retreats, The Point Retreats 7684 Ruttger Rd, Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 United States

Directions

our space is about 3 hours north of the twin cities. If coming from out of state (it looks like you\'ll be visiting us from GA- welcome!), we advise guests to fly into the MSP airport (there are plenty of direct flights). From here, you are welcome to take a second, smaller, Delta flight into the Brainerd, MN airport and we can configure a ride for you from there (30 min cab). Otherwise, you can rent a car from the MSP airport and drive the 3 hours north (most all guests select the latter).

Mission & Vision

We are one of the few platforms that recognize our silos in healthcare and the health and wellness industry need to join forces. We have no intention of arguing whose right is righter at The Point.

What we do intend to do is share with you all the ways one can find improved health and find a path that works for you. We talk about it all and believe it often takes a multidiscipline approach to achieve true health.

Traditional medicine, Functional medicine, Integrative medicine, Holistic medicine, Alternative medicine, and Lifestyle medicine all hold so much healing potential and power. It’s time to break down the silos, learn from one another, and be willing to talk about what’s right for you!
