This enchanting venue is located in Mandrem, right by the ocean. Nalanda is set amidst lush, tropical gardens, at walking distance from the beach. Nalanda offers its own beachfront restaurant, Ayurvedic treatments, luxury rooms built with style, two swimming pools, fully equipped Yoga Shala, relaxation areas, gardens, and private beach access with sun loungers

Delicious buffet breakfasts and tasty dinners will be served at the beachfront in-house restaurant, Chia Lounge. All meals are prepared with vegetarian, healthy, organic ingredients.

Directions

Mopa Airport North Goa is the nearest international airport to Nalanda Retreat and is about 60 minutes away by car. Dabolim is the second Airport in the Center of Goa and it's a couple of hours away. Airport transfers can be pre-booked through us. Taxis are to be paid directly to the driver. .

Mission & Vision

Switching off and getting away even for a short period of time, gives us the opportunity to reset, contemplate and re-evaluate our priorities. I’d like people to accept and embrace the fact that it is okay to slow down, rest and play.
My retreats are always planned to be restful and rejuvinating and are hosted in awe inspiring locations, immersed in nature and away from the crowds. I offer a welcoming, unchallenging atmosphere. A gentler approach to practice with many options, kind to the body, but still energising and rewarding. On my retreats there's plenty of time to unwind, rest and reflect and to socialise, share and explore.
The disciplines I teach help bring balance and harmony to both body and mind.
