About Kagyu Changchub Chuling
Kagyu Changchub Chuling
Mission & Vision
Kagyu Changchub Chuling (KCC) is a center for Buddhist meditation in the Vajrayana tradition. It was founded in 1976 by renowned meditation master Kyabje Kalu Rinpoche (1905-1989), a master of the Karma Kagyu lineage and the head of the Shangpa Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism.
Kagyu Changchub Chuling offers an ambitious schedule of classes, retreats and events throughout the year. Our calendar features programs led by the residential Lama and senior teachers, as well as programs led by noteworthy visiting teachers. These include classes covering diverse Buddhist teachings and topics, and retreats to support meditators at all levels in the range of practices regularly offered in the KCC community.
