Mission & Vision
Pranayama, Yoga and Meditation have had a reality changing and liberating impact on my heart, my life and the way I perceive realities. I think that everybody deserves to realize that all the magic lies within each one of us and that once we turn inwards, we feel the wholeness of existence. It is the experience of bliss that I feel during my practice that motivates me to carry the wonderful teachings of further out to the world! With respect to all teachings, I believe each and everyone is its own best and most important teacher. With each offering of hathaspirits I would like to invite you to the sacred space within, to connect deeper and tune in. As a space holder I aim to create space for you to blossom and experience this journey inwards, to connect to your temple, to arrive home.

Directions
The recommended route to The Sanctuary, Koh Phangan ist to fly to Bangkok and take an Inland flight to the most beautiful airport “Ko Samui”. Alternative is to fly to Phuket and take a domestic flight from Phuket to Ko Samui.
Organized Transport: A Private Shuttle, which picks you up at the airport and brings you straight to The Sanctuary can be added to your package (price depends on the amount of people traveling and varies from CHF 100.- to 200.- I $ 115 – 230). Once you book your spot we get you organized with the Transport!
Independent Arrival: You can plan your independent arrival. The easiest option once you have collected your luggage at the Airport Koh Samui is to ask at one of the travel desks upon leaving the airport for a taxi & ferry ticket to Haad Rin (for Haad Rin Queen Ferry), Koh Phangan. You will then be transported from the airport with your luggage straight to the ferry port. Alternatively, you can catch a taxi to Big Buddha Pier, Koh Samui to purchase a ferry ticket to Haad Rin, Koh Phangan.
The ferry port is just a 5 minutes walk from Sunrise Beach, Haad Rin.
The cost of a boat / taxi is approx. 500 baht depending on how many customers are taking the boat with you. If the waves are high or there are few customers, the boat drivers may charge a higher price.
If the waves are too high for a boat / taxi, there will be a taxi jeep waiting. This journey is quite an adventure! It takes about 40 minutes over mostly rough jungle track. The taxi truck journey costs approx. 500 thb per person.
