About Serpent Mysteries - Kundalini Embodiment Retreat
Serpent Mysteries - Kundalini Embodiment Retreat
Mission & Vision
Sleeping Serpent exists to unlock human potential primarily by activating the dormant energy at the base of the spine called the Kundalini Shakti, otherwise known as the sleeping serpent.
Our premise is to bring people back into their bodies, and out of their heads through dance and yoga.
Emotional healing is guided through getting energy flowing, removing blockages, repatterining negative thoughts and behaviour.
Essentially the Kundalini is our innate wisdom and when allowed to flow it naturally knows where to go, and how to heal.
Ultimately a much more elevated, mature and wise mental, emotional is embodied and the presence of the true Spirit can come into the foreground of experience. This is a profound shift for the individual to come back home to love and joy.
