About Tamara Sat Nam
Tamara Sat Nam
Mission & Vision
This retreat organization is founded on the vision of Tamara Sat Nam, a seasoned yoga teacher with over a decade of experience, who saw the potential for yoga retreats to offer more than just classes.
With a passion for promoting a conscious lifestyle, we organize 1-2 retreats annually in breathtaking destinations worldwide. These retreats are designed to go beyond the mat, fostering personal growth and fulfillment through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
Our mission is to provide participants with transformative experiences that inspire them to lead more conscious, authentic, and joyful lives.
