Experience Pura Vida

I just returned from an incredible yoga retreat in La Fortuna, Costa Rica, and I’m so grateful to the travel team that hosted us. Everything was thoughtfully organized and made it easy for us to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

During the trip we had the chance to go ATV riding through the jungle, try waterfall rappelling, and soak in the beautiful hot springs. Every activity was well planned, safe, and so much fun.

What made the experience even better was how welcoming and attentive the team was. They created the perfect balance of adventure, connection, and relaxation while we explored such an amazing place.

If you’re thinking about visiting La Fortuna or joining a retreat, I highly recommend working with them. It was an unforgettable experience and I’m already dreaming of going back.

My recent yoga retreat coordinated and facilitated by Experience Pura Vida was nothing short of spectacular! Besides being a wonderful yoga retreat, my experience in Costa Rica was phenomenal. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the drop-off for our flight home, everything about this yoga retreat was thoughtfully planned and seamless. The organizers Danielle and Michael clearly put a lot of care into every detail, which made the entire experience feel relaxing and effortless from start to finish.

The activities were engaging and very well scheduled. Each day felt balanced, with a great mix of yoga, exploration, and time to unwind. The rest day was perfectly placed in the itinerary, giving everyone the chance to recharge before finishing the retreat on a high note with an incredibly fun ATV tour on the final day.

The resort itself was absolutely beautiful and very well run. The staff was welcoming, the setting was peaceful, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to fully disconnect and enjoy the experience.

Overall, it was a wonderful retreat that was clearly organized with intention and care. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-planned and rejuvenating yoga getaway.

This was my third time attending a retreat with Experience Pura Vida and I will absolutely go back again. Costa Rica is a very special place and being able to experience it with the guidance of Michael and Danielle makes it even better. I always come back better than I left. I recommend this retreat to anyone who is considering!

The resort, meals, yoga, and daily adventures were all amazing. Tamara, our yoga teacher, created such a welcoming and inspiring space for practice each day.
