Directions
Our nearest airport is Bergerac Airport and we can offer a pick up service for 25 euros. You can also fly into Bordeaux and then transfer onto a train from Bordeaux to St Astier Station where we offer a transfer service for (10 euros) Should you want to travel by car we offer a large parking area at the centre.
Mission & Vision
We have created a space that gives all of our guests an opportunity to step back from the business of life and re-connect with their true selves and with nature. Periods of silence, Zen Yoga & Meditation, Breath-work and ice baths, forest walks and deep relaxation are all offered. We also offer the gift of a personal journal so that during morning periods of silence and reflection you will have the opportunity to journal your experience during the retreat.
