The food served will be varied, unprocessed and nourishing to promote energy and wellbeing. It will be predominantly plant- based with some vegetarian options, local and seasonal.

Directions
Fly to Malaga Airport, Spain, and take a 1-hour transfer by grouped van or private taxi. We can arrange a transfer for 4 passengers per car with reasonable luggage space for approximately €100 each way. Once we have the list of participants and their arrival times, we will try and group them in taxis to make it more cost-effective. Prices will be confirmed in advance and may vary.
The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP), which is 1-hour drive.
You can easily hire a car from the airport and make your own way to the retreat center, giving you the freedom to explore the region at your own pace during your stay.
Minibus taxis are available for larger numbers of passengers (up to 8 = 150 euro) wanting to travel together.
We have adequate parking for up to 9 cars.

Our retreat centre is inspired by the spirit of our resident dragonflies. In almost every part of the world, the Dragonfly symbolizes change, transformation, adaptability and self-realization. The Dragonfly’s flight across water represents an act of going beyond what’s on the surface and looking into the deeper implications and aspects of life.
The magical property of iridescence is associated with the discovery of one’s own abilities by unmasking the real self and removing the doubts one casts on our own sense of identity.
