During this retreat you will make your own food. I'll prepare a personal menu for you, including your food wishes and allergies, and have all the ingredients and printed recipes ready in the kitchen.

Directions
Our location is 25 minutes below Växjö and lies between Hovmantorp and Lessebo.
It's in the countryside in the middle of the woods, near a beautiful lake, and is called 'Hässle Anneberg'. If you book the retreat I will give you a more detailed explanation of how you get here.
If you arrive at Copenhagen airport, it's approximately 3 hours with the train to Hovmantorp. There I will pick you up with the car (10 more minutes to retreat center).
