Welcome to the union of art and wellness. A journey beyond the senses. Founded by Farida Abushady & Olivia Prescott, Casa Sensoria offers a variety of creative holistic practices aimed to connect your mind, body and spirit. From private workshops and corporate wellness programs, to local and international retreats, we aim to create tailor made wellness experiences that keep you grounded and allow you to tap into your full potential. The signature Casa Sensoria workshop combines music therapy, aromatherapy, breath work, guided meditation, sound healing and art therapy all in one immersive experience. Our flow is carefully curated to allow you to tap into your sub-conscious and activate your inner healer, unlocking wisdom and intuition with endless boundaries.

- El Gouna is approx. four and a half hours by road from Cairo International Airport featuring a scenic route of desert mountains
- For those arriving to Cairo International Airport, a comfortable mini van will be waiting to take the group via a scenic road trip
- For those arriving to Hurghada airport, we will be organizing airport pick up in Hurghada as well for a suggested time and can organize private transport from the airport to the hotel at additional cost
