Tanmaya and Umina envision a new consciousness for women, shaped by embracing new ‘codes of design’ for our being. By welcoming love, freedom, and pleasure, we can embody a new paradigm.
They believe every woman has a birthright to rise into her fullest expression, living a life of meaning, joy, and purpose.
For over two decades, Tanmaya and Umina have journeyed through motherhood, intimate relationships, feminine wellness, spiritual devotion, and shamanism. Living in Costa Rica for many years, they have had the privilege of learning from elder native medicine women and men.
They have been guiding together numerous Women retreats in Europe, Costa Rica and Israel.
This retreat offers their profound wisdom and lived experience.

Tierra Encantada is in Nosara, on the Pacific Northwest coast of the Nicoya Peninsula in the Guanacaste region.

We suggest flying into Liberia Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport. We are about 2 to 2.5 hours ́ drive.
If due to travel times you need to stay the night in Liberia, we recommend The Hilton Garden Inn - Liberia Airport. A basic and comfortable facility conveniently located close.

These are the following directly negotiated fees: Up to 4 people: $160 per shuttle
More than 5 people: $35 per person.
The San Jose International Airport Juan Santamaria is a 4.5 – 5 hours ́ drive.
If you choose to fly into San Jose, you can opt to: take a bus, rent a car or fly the short flight on Nature Air or Sansa Air. (Both terminals are near the San Jose airport and their flights are only a 45 – 50-minute trip to Nosara Airport, a 10 - minute drive from us).
