Welcome to your own personal island paradise! This stunning property is located just one street back from the ocean in the peaceful Sea Pines neighborhood. You'll love the spacious two-level house, with its huge living and family room, open kitchen, and high ceilings. But the real magic happens outside, where you'll find a fantastic pool and patio area. And when you're feeling adventurous, there's a path from the house that leads to the beach in just one minute.

Enjoy a continental breakfast of healthy options. Lunch and dinner are both Ayurveda-inspired meals with many platters to build your perfect plate. Dinner includes a fish option.

As a yoga therapist, Kari believes the Katonah Yoga method is one of the safest and smartest styles of yoga. Using geometry to find the space and correct fold in the joints, you open up space and use the muscles in the correct proportion, creating functional and balanced movement.

As a breath specialist, Tiger educates people on the intrinsic relationship between breathing, fitness, stress, and energy levels. Our retreat emphasize the importance of healthy movement and breathing on and off the yoga mat.
