Directions
Our retreat begins in Longyearbyen, Svalbard, where we will meet on June 21st, 2025 before embarking on our Arctic sailing journey aboard the Ocean Sherpa Sailboat.
To reach Longyearbyen, you will fly via Oslo Gardermoen Airport (OSL), which offers direct flights to Longyearbyen Airport (LYR). Flights are operated by SAS and Norwegian and take approximately 3 hours.
The weather in the Arctic can shift quickly, sometimes leading to flight delays or cancellations. We highly recommend arriving at least one day before our departure to ensure a smooth journey. To assist with your stay, we have reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Polfareren in Longyearbyen, which you can book if desired. You are also welcome to arrange alternative accommodations of your choice. Please note that this overnight stay is not included in the retreat price.
