Our mission is to create transformative retreats that nurture feminine energy, foster personal growth, and empower women to reconnect with their most authentic selves and each other. Through meaningful practices such as yoga, movement, meditation, somatic experiencing and breath work, we guide participants on a journey of self-discovery and interconnectedness. With a supportive community and integration tools, we aim to provide a safe, nurturing space where women feel empowered, supported, and truly seen.

We are located in the southern zone of Costa Rica in the mountains above Playa Dominical, where the mountains meet the sea. You will find us at 1,300 feet elevation where we enjoy cooler temperatures and fresh breezes year round. We are a 15-20 minute scenic drive to Dominical, the closest beach

Soma & Soula Women's Embodiment Retreat, San Jose International Airport (SJO) is the closest large airport, it is a 3.5 hour drive. If you wish you can get a puddle jumper from SJO to Quepos and then drive an hour to us. But the drive from SJO is not difficult, you can use google maps and check out the scenery of Costa Rica on the way.
