About YogaNomes
YogaNomes
Mission & Vision
Hello, I’m Naomi. Welcome x
For over 15 years, I’ve been on a beautiful journey with yoga and meditation,
and I’m truly passionate about discovering the tools that help us live in harmony.
Qualified yoga & mediation teacher for over 6 years having completed many
trainings, most notably with a focus on introducing newbies to yoga and
integrating the elements into my flows so that all students leave feeling in equilibrium.
I believe that every little thing we do—from the food we eat and the people we
surround ourselves with to the conversations we share—plays a vital role in our
well-being. We find joy in simple pleasures: immersing ourselves in nature,
connecting with wildlife, and embracing a sense of adventure, love, and pure joy!
