About Chia & Julia
Mission & Vision
In 2023, we hosted our very first retreat together—a heartfelt journey that marked the beginning of something truly special.
We believe in creating intimate, meaningful experiences, which is why we keep our retreats small and personal. With each of us bringing our own unique passions—ranging from yoga, nourishing food, and Thai massage to self-exploration and authentic connection—we create a space that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and deeply nourish your soul.

Directions
To reach Bocas del Toro from the United States, you'll first fly into Panama City (PTY – Tocumen International Airport). From there, you have two main options:
1. Domestic Flight from Panama City to Bocas del Toro (BOC):
Take a short domestic flight (about 1 hour) from Albrook Airport (PAC), a smaller airport located in Panama City. Local airlines like Air Panama operate daily flights to Bocas del Toro. We recommend booking your international arrival into PTY with enough time (3–5 hours) to transfer to Albrook Airport, which is about 30–45 minutes away by taxi or shuttle.
You can always stay a night in Panama City as well! It's a beautiful city to explore.
2. Alternative via Costa Rica (for some travelers):
Some travelers choose to fly into San José, Costa Rica (SJO) and then take a domestic flight or shuttle to the border, followed by a boat into Bocas. This option is longer and more complex but can sometimes work for specific flight routes.
We’re happy to help you plan your arrival—just reach out if you have questions!
