Venue & Amenities
Our retreat takes place in a peaceful private garden near Henley-on-Thames, surrounded by trees, flowers, and open skies. The space offers a calm, natural setting for grounding, reflection, and gentle movement. Sessions are held outdoors where possible, with a sheltered area available in case of rain. You’ll have access to comfortable seating, shaded spots for rest, and open lawn areas for breathwork, walking meditation, and yoga nidra.

Directions
Our retreats are located in England, near Henley-on-Thames, in a peaceful private garden. We are easily accessible by train, followed by a short taxi ride from either Henley Rail Station (5–10 minutes) or Reading Station (around 20 minutes). We are approximately 45 minutes by car from Heathrow Airport, the nearest international airport.
