Our mission is to guide women back to their innate wisdom, wildness, and truth by reconnecting with nature, community, and the divine. We believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported—and when we return to the rhythm of the Earth. The Wild x Free Women’s Retreat is a sacred space to remember who you truly are, release what no longer serves you, and step into the soul-led, abundant life you were born to live.

Retreat guests will stay at Casale del Valla, a peaceful natural spa and B&B in the Italian countryside with stunning views, daily spa access, and organic meals. Some activities will also take place at Hold Fast To Dreams Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, home to rescued horses and animals. There, you’ll experience equine healing, trail rides, and powerful nature-based ceremonies for deep connection and transformation.

Travel and Transportation Details:
To make your arrival smooth and easy, we have organized group transportation from the following location:
Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP)
Pick-up: 5:00 PM on October 4th
Drop-off: 11:00 AM on October 10th
If your flight does not work with these times, you can also take a direct train to Spigno Train Station from Milan and we can coordinate pick-up from the Spigno Station.
Another travel option:
• Genova City Airport (GOA)
• This airport is slightly closer to the retreat location.
• You can take a direct train to Spigno Train Station from Genova and we can coordinate pick-up from the Spigno Station.
