This retreat was created to offer space — to move, breathe, rest, and reconnect. It's for people who want to challenge themselves in practice, but also slow down and enjoy the beauty of a simple, grounded life. With daily yoga, creative workshops, nourishing food, and peaceful nature, this week is about finding balance: strength and softness, stillness and play. Whether you're deepening your flexibility, learning to fly in a handstand, or resting under an olive tree, this retreat is your invitation to reset — body and mind.

Directions
OLEA is located in the Sabina countryside, about 1–1.5 hours from Rome, making it easily accessible — yet peaceful and remote enough for a true escape.
🛫 Flights
Book your flight to Rome Fiumicino (FCO) or Rome Ciampino (CIA) — both are well-connected international airports.
We recommend arriving before 13:00 on November 9th (retreat start day)
Return flights can be booked after 13:00 on November 15th (retreat end day)
🚐 Group Shuttle
A private group shuttle is included in your retreat package.
It will depart from the airport around 13:00 on the arrival day
On the final day, it will leave the venue at 10:00 to return to the airport
Exact pickup time and meeting point will be confirmed closer to the retreat.
