My mission is to guide others back to the heart—back to the place where truth, love and purpose live. As a spiritual life coach and healer, I am devoted to supporting women and all who seek a deeper connection with themselves, the divine, and the life they were meant to live.
Healing begins within. So much of our pain, confusion and sense of disconnection comes from losing touch with our inner wisdom. Through spiritual guidance, emotional healing, and heart-centered coaching, I help people remember who they are, release what no longer serves them and return to a state of clarity, joy and peace.
My work is especially focused on women—holding space for their healing, helping them break free and empowering them to live a fulfilled life in all areas.

Destination airport: Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica
Final destination: Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Limón
Puerto Viejo is located on the southern Caribbean coast and is about a 5-hour drive from San José.
There are several ways to get from San José to Puerto Viejo:
1. Public bus (MEPE, approx. $15):
There is Uber in San José, which you can use to get from the airport to the MEPE bus station.
2. Shuttle service (approx. $60):

3. Rental car and driving yourself
Another option is to fly from San José to Limón by domestic flight. Limón is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Puerto Viejo. (Note: There is the Limón region, where Puerto Viejo is located, and there is also a city called Limon.)
Most international flights arrive in San José in the evening, so it’s common to spend one night in San José and continue to Puerto Viejo the next day. The same is recommended for the return trip, as there is only one main road to the Caribbean coast, which can easily become blocked in case of an accident, for example. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip.
