Desedua was born from my own healing journey — a path through chronic illness, abuse, burnout, heartbreak, and feeling lost in a world moving too fast. I created these retreats to offer what I once needed most: a safe space to slow down, be seen, and truly reconnect with yourself. With gentle practices, soul work, adventure and laughter, we guide you back to your essence. This is more than travel or wellness — it’s a chance to shed old layers, explore the world and your inner landscapes, and return home forever changed.
