Retreats here are centered around helping you create lasting change, with a focus on both nutrition and mindful living, working closely with a select group of experts in their fields, each chosen for their experience, passion,and unique perspective. During your retreat, you can do as much or as little as you would like and we cater to all levels – from complete beginners and people at the beginning of their health journey to experienced retreat goers.
We started The Almanage to help you take control of your health in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming. Eye-opening, not daunting. A place to reconnect
