“I AM BECOMING” is a 5-day transformational retreat designed exclusively for high-achieving women—executives, creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders—who are standing at a pivotal crossroads and ready to realign with their deepest truth. For women in transition who are seeking clarity, renewed identity, and alignment beyond titles and roles.
I created this retreat because I was her: accomplished on paper, yet quietly unfulfilled. I had outgrown the identity the world still saw. I craved a sacred space to pause, reflect, and realign with my essence… and it didn’t exist. So I built it.

The retreat takes place in a beautifully remodeled barn that perfectly blends rustic charm with modern elegance. At the heart of the space is a large communal table—ideal for group gatherings, meaningful conversations, and shared meals.
The barn also offers flexible spaces for both solitude and connection: cozy nooks for silent, individual reflection; open areas for intimate group work; and serene spots both indoors and outdoors designed to foster deep introspection.

Our retreat location is nestled in the serene countryside of Carinthia, Austria, easily accessible yet blissfully removed from the noise of daily life.

Vienna International Airport (VIE) – Approx. 3.5 to 4 hours by train or car
Ljubljana Airport (LJU), Slovenia – Approx. 1.5 to 2 hours by car
* Closest Local Airport:
Klagenfurt Airport (KLU) – Just 35 minutes away by car.
Direct connections available from Vienna and select European cities.
