From Managua airport, we can recommend or arrange a local shuttle or taxi for you to get to San Jorge, where you can get the regular ferry to Ometempe, (takes one hour) Or there is also the regular, cheap local buses, which  also be used if you are on a budget or want the local experience :) From the ferry, we are only 15 minutes from the port and can arrange a local taxi or tuk tuk
