At Swaastik Yog School, we exist to offer a bridge back to balance, health, awareness, and purpose through authentic yogic teachings and soulful retreats.
Our school is rooted in the sacred town of Rishikesh, often referred to as the Yoga Capital of the World. It is not a coincidence that we chose this spiritually charged location.
